To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, SME Analytica does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

All content, features, and functionality of SME Analytica, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by SME Analytica and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SME Analytica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
